I
have always stayed in a hotel up until now, what is
so different about a villa?
Disney hotels can be very expensive, for
the price of one hotel room you can use our luxury
2200 sq ft villa with your own private pool. Our villa
is superbly equipped to make your vacation unforgettable.
Why
should I choose Your Villa?
Our Villa is brand new, kitted out to the
best possible standard with cable TV in every room,
a large swimming pool to say nothing of being just
down the road from Disney.
Do
I need travel insurance?
As with all holidays / vacations we strongly
advise you get full travel / medical insurance.
Are
there any shops and restaurants close by?
Within a 2 minute drive there are a large
number of restaurants
and shops
available.
Why
is your villa slightly more expensive than other villas
I have seen on different communities?
We admit our villa is not the cheapest
to stay at, but in terms of location and amenities
it is certainly the best you can get. For that little
extra you are guaranteed to have a fantastic holiday,
with shorter rides to the main parks and free use
of all the great on site facilities, when comparing
prices please consider what you are getting for your
money.
Is
there plenty to do for the children in the villa?
There is a surround sound TV in the living
room with cable TV, each of the bedrooms have TV's
with cable and DVD, there is a computer room with
a high spec computer with broadband connection to
the internet and of course the wonderful swimming
pool.
Are
all towels and linen included?
All towels and linen are provided, including
a selection of beach towels for the pool area.
When
do you advise pool heat?
As
a rough guide pool heat is recommended from September
till the end of April.
Do
I have to pay for a BBQ, high chair or cot as at many
other villas?
Unlike
many other villas we provide all these free of charge.
Do
you offer any late availability discounts / early
booking discounts?
At certain times we do offer reduced rates,
please enquire
about your preferred dates to see if we can offer
a preferred rate.
Who
looks after the villa?
Gary is an old friend of ours and looks
after the villa for us, he is also on hand to assist
our guests. If there are any problems with the villa,
he is on call 24 hours a day, he is also available
to collect you from the airport if it would help.
Has
the villa got any safety features?
As the villa is brand new it has all the
safety features required by state law (and more).
They include fire alarms and interior lighting in
case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also
supplied for your families safety. We also have a
safety fence around the pool to ensure children can
play safely in the villa. And whilst the area is totally
crime free we have an alarm system that is linked
directly to the Police.
Does
the villa have its own phone?
The villa does have a phone and local calls
are free. To make long distance calls you will need
to give a credit card number to the local phone companies
operator. Full instructions are in the villa.
What
deposit would I need to pay ?
A deposit of £200 / $300 is required on booking
to secure the dates and the balance is due 8 weeks
before your arrival. A security deposit of £250/
$350 is also required with the final balance. This
sum is returned after Gary has checked nothing has
been broken in the villa.
Does
the home get cheaper the longer I stay?
Yes, if you want to stay longer than 10
days, we can usually make your vacation rate better,
now if it is for 5 or 6 weeks, that is even better.
